Property Maintenance
We understand the maintenance needs of houses that are exposed to the weather of a Big Sky Winter! Whether it is a leaking roof or a broken door handle, there is no cause for concern. Rest assured that we are fully equipped to address these matters on your behalf. Our proficient maintenance team is dedicated to ensuring the impeccable condition of your property.
Property Inspections
Our weekly property inspections are designed to protect your property from environmental, pest, security and safety hazards. Each inspection is a thorough, examination of your property, ensuring its maintenance and upkeep are to your standards. This comprehensive inspection includes exterior and interior checks, as well as mechanical and aesthetic checks to confirm the physical and environmental integrity of your property.
Materials
During our inspections, our team will double check that your property has batteries, light bulbs and fire starters on hand. If you do not or are running low, we will restock your supply.
Emergency Service
Things don’t always happen during regular business hours. We are on call 24/7, 365 to ensure that you do not have to take maintenance calls in the middle of the night! You can trust us to keep your property in excellent shape, no matter the time of day.
Subcontractor Management
There are times where a specialized subcontractor is needed. Our subcontractor management service is designed to save our clients time, money, and hassle by taking care of the details and ensuring that everything is done right the first time. We ensure that the subcontractors are qualified, experienced, and have the necessary licenses and insurance coverage to perform the work. We also negotiate the terms and fees with the subcontractors, manage their work schedules, and provide oversight to ensure that all work is completed to your satisfaction.

We also place your vacation home on VRBO and Airbnb for maximum visibility, while watching industry trends and making price adjustments to maximize revenue.
Reservation Management
To compliment our in-house reservations team, guests can also book online 24/7 with real-time rates, availability, and secure online transactions. Our fully integrated reservation system ensures all information stays up to date on multiple platforms, so you always know which dates are reserved. In addition, Big Sky Luxury Vacations & Management will also pay your local resort taxes collected from your bookings.
Guest Services
Big Sky Luxury Vacations & Management will provide guest service and communication from your guests’ reservation to their check-out, including sending check-in information, providing information about the property and the surrounding area, recommending services, and fielding maintenance calls, including after-hours emergency service.
Cleaning Service Management
Transform your property into a spotless haven with our cleaning services. Our team coordinates with cleaners to schedule a cleaning service whenever necessary, collect the fee, and handle all of the billing.
Guest Supplies, Kitchenware, & Linen Management
Big Sky Luxury Vacations & Management can manage the ordering and restocking of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and more. We can also manage the inventory of linens and kitchenware.
