Prior to your arrival, we ensure our homes are in pristine condition, to allow you to sit back and relax during your Big Sky vacation. Each home will have new linens, toiletries, basic laundry and kitchen supplies will be fully stocked. We provide additional options for our guests to receive cleaning throughout their stay. For an additional cost, we can provide a one-time mid-stay cleaning. Any requested cleaning after check-in requires 72 hour notice, we will do our best to ensure your request. Cleanings occur between 10 AM and 3 PM. If part of the house be unavailable to clean when our staff arrives, we will clean the areas available. However, they may not be able to return at a later time and the cost will not be pro-rated. Prices of additional cleaning service rates are based on each individual home. Please contact our staff to set up any additional cleaning services during your stay. We require all reservations to have check-out cleaning. We ask that you complete these items prior to leaving the property:
- Throw away any unused food & unwanted items. Place any household garbage in the containers inside the garage.
- Please wash dishes and/or start the dishwasher.
- All doors and windows should be closed and locked to prevent any unwanted guests (including wildlife that have been known to open unlocked windows to eat food left on the countertop).
