Former Bravo Top Chef Contestant and Food Network’s Chopped competitor, Chef Emily Hahn has over 20 years of professional culinary experience. A restaurant industry veteran, former commercial shrimper, and certified boat captain, Chef Emily has helmed kitchens across the Low Country of South Carolina, building special connections with farmers, fisherman, and other local purveyors to create clean, bright, imaginative menus driven by local ingredients.

Chef Dusty has established himself as a premier private chef, serving the communities of Bozeman, Big Sky, Whitefish, and the Flathead Valley. His culinary philosophy focuses on showcasing the flavors of the region while paying homage to local farmers and ranchers. Dusty’s commitment to sustainability and his innovative approach to cooking have earned him a socially conscious reputation.
Chef Melissa: Seasonal Montana
With a culinary degree from Baltimore International College, Chef Melissa has experience in Boulder, Colorado under several establishments operated by the Big Red F Restaurant Group, including Centro Latin Kitchen, Jax Fish House and The Bitter Bar. In 2008, she appeared on Bravo’s hit television series, Top Chef where she demonstrated her culinary talents and resilience to many respected chefs in New York City. After a year in Chile, Chef Melissa found her home in Montana and opened Seasonal Montana in spring of 2009, showcasing her passion for the culinary arts and farm to table cuisine at event she produces.
