At Big Sky Luxury Vacations, we’re proud to offer two extraordinary properties designed to host unforgettable gatherings in the heart of Montana. Our largest venue, spanning 25,000 square feet, accommodates up to 125 event guests and up to 40 overnight guests. Our more intimate retreat, featured in Forbes Magazine, is situated in the stunning area of Moonlight Basin, spans 9,000 square feet and offers space for up to 75 guests. Both properties are surrounded by sweeping mountain views and the kind of privacy only Big Sky can provide.
Reservation Information
If you’re considering hosting an event at one of our properties, we’d be delighted to provide you with our Special Events Guide. This comprehensive resource includes details on pricing, what’s included with your booking, our preferred event planners, and more—everything you need to begin envisioning your celebration in Big Sky. For liability purposes, we require that all special events be booked through our team directly and not through a third-party platform such as VRBO or Airbnb. Upon booking, we will share our rental agreement and special event rider with you for signing. No events will be permitted without both signed agreements. As checkout is at 10am on the day of departure, checkout is not permitted on the day after an event.
Based on our team’s availability and the schedule of seasons in Big Sky, no weddings will be permitted in the months of January, February, March, June, July, or August. We are happy to accommodate indoor events in May, but given the snowmelt and unpredictability of the spring weather, no lawn events will be permitted in the month of May.
Event Insurance
The safety of our guests and the properties is always our top priority! For liability purposes, the renter is required to obtain event insurance at their expense and must list Big Sky Luxury Vacations as an additional insured on the policy. Event Insurance must be at minimum $5M in coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided to Big Sky Luxury Vacations no later than 90 days prior to the event date. Failure to provide valid proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of the rental agreement without refund. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a secure and enjoyable environment.
