Examples of a Non-emergency:
- Toilet is clogged but another is working
- An appliance not working
- TV or video system is not working
- Hot tub isn’t working

For emergency issues, please call us immediately. After hours emergency issues include high priority items that cannot wait until the morning: heat, water, flooding, fire and safety concerns.
Examples of an Emergency:
- Burst pipes
- No heat
- No water
- Leaking water that cannot be turned off
