If you’re considering hosting an event at one of our properties, we’d be delighted to provide you with our Special Events Guide. This comprehensive resource includes details on pricing, what’s included with your booking, our preferred event planners, and more—everything you need to begin envisioning your celebration in Big Sky. For liability purposes, we require that all special events be booked through our team directly and not through a third-party platform such as VRBO or Airbnb. Prior to and upon booking, we will share our rental agreement and special event rider with you for review and signing. No events can be permitted without both signed agreements. As checkout is at 10am on the day of departure, checkout is not permitted on the day after an event.
We are happy to accommodate indoor events in May, but given the snowmelt and unpredictability of the spring weather, no lawn events will be permitted in the month of May. Based on our team’s availability and the schedule of seasons in Big Sky, no weddings will be permitted in the months of January, February, March, June, July, or August.
